Now that you're here, I want to highlight that I believe you have the capacity to connect to your own inner wisdom. It is from this place that we can embark on our healing journey, discovering more of ourselves and moving towards what we really want. I would love to support you and your journey, witnessing you as you move through life.
I support individuals, families, and couples, resolve life stressors, and trauma, and regain balance. I am a bilingual (Spanish/ English) therapist who has extensive experience treating, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, mood-related Disorders, and attachment. I utilize mindfulness and meditative practices, with attachment-based understandings to complement and tailor my approach to each client.
