Nice to meet you
I am warm and empathetic. Building rapport and connection must come first in the relationship. My job is to help identify and prioritize issues and challenges for session focus. Identifying issues and struggles is a process that will unfold as the therapy process continues. Using a lifetime of experience in skills, observations, and theories I can help guide clients to the truth that they are the experts in. All of us have had challenges. Those of us who can recognize that are then able to make desired changes. I can then provide psycho-education, and skills building as needed to move towards the desired goals and objectives.
