Nice to meet you
I like that I can provide therapy to those who would generally not seek help. I have extensive training and experience treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, women's issues, conflict resolution, adverse childhood experiences, and couples. I work from the past to the present. Stigma can be a deterrent to good mental wellness as can cultural conditioning, tradition, and limited access. It is important for the therapist to understand the cultural language even before a word is uttered. I offer a safe space without judgment. This technique helps us find out why and how the past affects your today. Welcome to my place!
