I have years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families with various modalities ranging from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), seeking safety, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Treatment will be at your pace, based on your comfort level, and focused on reducing symptoms to improve quality of life.
