Therapy style
Sometimes life can be too overwhelming to cope with and you may need additional support. My specialty is adults and older adults. Whether you are looking for someone to talk to or to learn new coping skills to deal with life's stressors, I offer a non-judgmental and safe space to explore these issues. I have worked in a variety of psychiatric settings including inpatient, residential, and partial levels of care. I have experience working with adults with various mental health concerns. I have extensive meditation experience and like to focus on identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts.
