Therapy style
Whether you are looking for someone to talk to or to learn new coping skills to deal with life's stressors, I offer a non-judgmental and safe space to explore these issues. Sometimes life can be too overwhelming to cope with and you may need additional support. I have worked in a variety of psychiatric settings including inpatient, residential, and partial levels of care. I have experience working with adults with various mental health concerns. My specialty is adults and older adults. I have extensive meditation experience and like to focus on identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts.
