I use a blend of evidenced-based approaches for depression, anxiety, relationship challenges and trauma/adverse experiences. I believe that people have an innate capacity to heal and make changes in their lives. However, I know the work of personal and relational growth can be tough. I strive to be a supportive guide in helping you create what you want to see in your life.
My style is collaborative, authentic and rooted in compassion. I provide practical skills with mindfulness folded in throughout to help people develop increased self-awareness, be with and modulate unpleasant emotions, and foster nourishing relationships with others.
