I am Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and believe that the way we talk to ourselves will determine how we feel and act.

Therapy style
I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and utilize psychodynamic approaches to help clients understand how their early life influences their thoughts and beliefs. I believe that the way we talk to ourselves will determine how we feel and act, and I want to know what you believe about yourself and how you feel about others. Together, we can adjust unhealthy thinking and replace acting out behaviors.
It’s important to explore unresolved issues that contribute to unhealthy relationship patterns, self-destructive behaviors, and poor self-worth so that the wounds of the past can be healed. I believe people act out and regress to the wounded part of themselves when their needs aren't met, and it's crucial to help them get their needs met while teaching the skills to manage the behaviors causing their problems.
Lastly, life is hard. Sometimes people just need a space to say things out loud to another person to gain perspective and validation that they aren't crazy; life is just hard.
