While many of my patients seek support for the effects of heightened stress, I have particular expertise as a licensed addiction counselor, and I have spent many years working with family members so affected. My patients are curious to explore the broad dimensions of their lives and ready to uncover and change destructive patterns. Never a day goes by that I fail to appreciate the privilege I’ve been given to share in this process of change. I am trained in both Gestalt therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together they fit under the umbrella of Schema Therapy.
