Nice to meet you
I have a passion for helping clients strengthen their relationships with themselves as well as the relationships of those around them. Before private practice, I worked with adults, adolescents, families, and couples with dual diagnoses (e.g. substance use and mental health disorders) while in recovery. I emphasized a client-centered approach and utilized psychoeducation, and skill-building to help clients practice skills that support their goals. Through compassion, motivation, and collaboration, we’ll celebrate the wins and reflect on the progress and the challenges experienced.
