Interests

Beyond my role as a mental health professional, my most fulfilling moments revolve around being a devoted husband and father and cherishing quality time with my family. These personal connections not only take precedence but also complement my professional journey. Additionally, I channel my passion for emotional intelligence and empathy into hosting the EQ Conversations podcast. This platform serves as a space for genuine discussions about the importance of emotional intelligence in our daily lives, aiming to inspire others to embrace empathy in their interactions. In the realm of creativity, I recently released my first book, _Empathy Has No Rank_, which explores the universal importance of empathy across various aspects of life. Writing serves as a means to extend conversations beyond the podcast, sharing the message of compassion with a wider audience. Away from intellectual pursuits, I find rejuvenation in staying active through exercise and boxing, a commitment to holistic well-being that allows me to bring my best self to both personal and professional pursuits. Lastly, attending professional sporting events with close friends is a cherished pastime, providing a balance of leisure and camaraderie in my life. These diverse interests, whether within family, creative, or recreational realms, contribute to the multifaceted individual I am, striving to create positive impacts both at home and in the broader community.
