Therapy style
Some of the focal points in my clinical work are self-esteem, mood disturbances, and disordered eating. I strive to help guide my clients toward making changes and identifying their personal strengths. I approach the therapeutic relationship by offering a safe space and a solid relationship. Whether this be through a systems, humanistic, or behavioral approach, my goal is to tailor interventions to each individual and their own experience.
My therapeutic goals center around helping communities heal by addressing systemic barriers that affect mental health both inside and outside of the therapy office.
