I believe that we all have resources within us that help us through life's difficulties and can also provide healing, but sometimes we need a little help and guidance on our way to get back on the path that is right for us. Some of my modalities include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), sensorimotor/somatic therapy, Gestalt, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
