Therapy style
After personally breaking generational trauma and finding the skills needed to heal, I decided to become a therapist. I teach my clients to be able to do the same by identifying core experiences that may contribute to their reactions as well as thought processes and learning how to regulate one’s emotions to live their best life possible. Offering validity, empathy, empowerment, as well as understanding, will be at the forefront of the counseling experience to inspire cliental change and growth from within.
