Therapy style

My clients find that my approach promotes safety through my warm, calm, authentic, and transparent stance. I believe that life provides many opportunities that are meant to help us transform psychologically. I highly value personal growth and believe that my endless search for personal growth informs my practice. The more I know, the more I enhance my clinical practice and provided quality treatment. I believe that as humans, we are meant to have fulfilling lives. Unfortunately, events happen that distort our ability to see possibilities and can further guide us to unhealthy behaviors. Regardless of the situation, it is never too late to regain control of your life. My practice is informed by Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Transformative Couple Therapy (TCT). I have found that these models perfectly align with my philosophical views of psychotherapy. My holistic approach promotes a deep transformation that is experienced through all the senses and enhances unique gifts. I believe that fulfilling lives lead to fulfilling intimate relationships, ultimately promoting the safety and love that is essential for raising children.
