Therapy style
My specialties include emotion regulation and shifting negative and intrusive thinking patterns to improve how a person navigates stress. My style of therapy is to meet my clients where they are and provide Solution-Focused treatment to support learning how to manage your emotional self outside of therapy. I have worked as a therapist since 2014 with adults, families, and couples, giving me a wide range of experience providing individual therapy to a diverse population. It is also essential for me to support people through some of their most challenging times in life, and for many, therapy provides just that!

Interests
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends in my free time. I love being around people so any time there is a reason to celebrate, I am ready to participate. Fun fact about me, I would rather spend a weekend in my travel trailer camping with my friends and family than stay home.
