Therapy style
I take a collaborative approach to working with my clients. You are not alone. Many benefit from the empathetic and nonjudgmental support of a trained professional. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy for those seeking to increase self-awareness, insight into one’s patterns both with ourselves and with others. I am devoted to helping you connect to your truth and deeper knowledge of yourself; build stronger relational bonds and improve communication challenges; and overcome crisis, awakening the warrior within you.
While I enjoy working on a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, I am particularly passionate about helping individuals process and heal from trauma, performance-related issues, invalidation, and abuse. I specialize in Brainspotting, Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I believe it is important to feel safe and supported to foster growth in oneself. My intention is to provide a calm, safe and empathetic space to support you on your path to deeper wholeness.
