Therapy style
I help people struggling with life transitions, problems at school or work, depression, anxiety, anger, relationships, and drug or alcohol use. I also recognize that even positive life events can be stressful, and it can help to have extra support. I really enjoy working with clients that want to improve coping skills, self-esteem, and overall want to work towards self-improvement. I value personal growth and self-reflection, which is why I strongly believe in the power of counseling.
I have helped many people with identifying the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and how we can use those connections for positive change. Additionally, a big part of my approach involves improving mood regulation, interpersonal skills, and mindfulness. I try to focus on the present and future, to help clients keep moving forward.
