Therapy style
Practicing healing arts for over 2 decades, my therapy style is an eclectic combination of Eastern & Western healing modalities. I received my training both in India and USA and have practiced in both these democracies. From Western Perspective, I utilize Brain-focused approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. From Eastern Perspective, I utilize Somatic Approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Brainspotting, Mindfulness, and Yoga Philosophy. I believe that change happens when a healer is present for her client with her complete being and this connection transcends the barrier of distance and physical space.
