Therapy style
With almost ten years of experience working with individuals, adolescents, and families, I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges such as relationship problems, trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. I approach therapy with a humanistic perspective, welcoming you to share your journey when you feel something in your life needs to change—be it career, personal, physical, or spiritual. I will meet you where you are and guide you to a safe place, optimizing your potential.
My integrative approach treats the whole person, utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic, and Narrative therapy. You are unique and have challenges that require a personalized approach. Ultimately, you will gain a better understanding of yourself, acquire tools to cope with the constant barrage of life’s complications, and feel an increase in self-compassion.
All of this work is done in a nurturing, non-judgmental space where you can bring your authentic self, allowing us to build a strong foundation of trust and positive regard that can be utilized in your outside relationships.
