Therapy style
In my nearly 10 years of clinical experience, I have found utilizing a person-centered approach to treatment to be most effective. I believe we all have our own unique life and cultural experiences and strengths that we bring with us, and effective treatment should be individualized/tailored to the person, with consideration being given to those experiences. Gaining a better understanding of you, the challenges you are facing, and the goals and expectations you have for treatment will set the framework for determining the treatment approach that will be best suited to address your needs and help you achieve your established goals.

Interests
I am a big sports fan. Not only do I enjoy watching the most common major sports (basketball, football, baseball, and hockey), I also like watching some of the not-so-common sports such as cricket, field hockey, and rugby.
