I’ve spent the past six years working in the community, school-based, and virtual mental health with individuals, families, and children who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, emotional expression, regulation, career challenges, life transitions, and communication.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist with a License in Marriage and Family Therapy.
