Therapy style
I often enter therapy sessions with a relaxed and welcoming style and approach. As I meet individuals who are experiencing several difficulties that impair their ability to achieve their goals, I assist them in identifying strategies and techniques to utilize that will tackle these difficulties head-on and reduce the complications they experience. Through psychoeducation and relationship building, I collaborate with clients to create an environment that is enjoyable and open to the human experience which makes it easier to address any complication that arises.
