Therapy style
You are already resilient and brave; let us use those characteristics to define the kind of life you have always wanted to live. I have worked with a wide range of diagnoses and clinical issues, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, mood disorders, addiction, trauma, and family conflict, and I am here to help you navigate this process.
The journey to find and live the life you want can be difficult, but through our work together, we will identify the obstacles in your path and design a treatment plan and goals to tackle them. My style of therapy tends to be direct with respect. I truly believe that we have all of the answers we need; we just don't like them. I value the process of discovering ways in which we create roadblocks for ourselves, developing coping skills to break down those barriers, and utilizing Cognitive Behavioral processes to help you move forward.
