Therapy style

My passion is to inspire others to help themselves in order to meet their goals, heal, and find peace. I believe everyone has the potential for personal growth and healing and can take an active role in making that happen. I like to help my patients find healthy perceptions of themselves so they can accept themselves as whole and complete. I know that no single approach is right for everyone, and thus focus on meeting my patients where they are at, and work from there. I can integrate a solution-focused approach to help my patients meet their needs as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help refocus them. Throughout my experience over the last 22 years, I have worked with ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse populations. You can expect collaboration, compassion, empathy, and honesty.

Approaches

Interests

I enjoy reading, hanging out with friends and family (I have an enormous family, I am blessed), playing word games, going to the beach, and watching TV just to name a few. I am very big on keeping a balanced life, so I always make the effort to do things or see people that bring me happiness.
