Therapy style
Throughout my experience over the last 22 years, I have worked with ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse populations. I like to help my patients find healthy perceptions of themselves so they can accept themselves as whole and complete. My passion is to inspire others to help themselves in order to meet their goals, heal, and find peace. I believe everyone has the potential for personal growth and healing and can take an active role in making that happen. I know that no single approach is right for everyone, and thus focus on meeting my patients where they are at, and work from there. I can integrate a solution-focused approach to help my patients meet their needs as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help refocus them. You can expect collaboration, compassion, empathy, and honesty.

Interests
I enjoy reading, hanging out with friends and family (I have an enormous family, I am blessed), playing word games, going to the beach, and watching TV just to name a few. I am very big on keeping a balanced life, so I always make the effort to do things or see people that bring me happiness.
