Therapy style
I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas with over seven years of clinical experience. I've worked with children, adolescents, adults, veterans, older adults, college students, couples, and parents. I entered psychology due to a passion for seeing people gain a deeper understanding of and empathy for themselves and those they love. I’d love the chance to partner with you in moving your relationships towards flourishing. Whether it’s your relationship with yourself or a significant other, friend, child, or parent, I’m here to help.
I believe that all individuals exist within the context of their most important relationships. So no matter what concern might bring people to therapy, exploring one’s thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and experiences in relationships will be critical to growth and thriving. I use evidence-based therapies to help you take a breath, learn to listen (to yourself and others), identify what you most value and why, and take steps to align your life and behavior with those values. While therapy can be intimidating, uncomfortable, and uncertain at times, I look forward to accompanying you in the process.
