My approach in treatment is collaborative and supportive. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy. I frequently utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Solution Focused Therapy and more.
