Hello, my name is Yessica Aranda. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and School Psychologist. I am bilingual in Spanish. I became interested in a career in mental health as I began to work as a tutor during my college years. I enjoyed being a support to students struggling with life stressors. I have extensive experience with various populations and families of all types. I am easy to talk to and can provide support and guidance through difficult times. I use several treatment modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, etc). I work closely with my clients to obtain a stronger ability to cope with life/work stressors, depression, anxiety, and other symptoms and behaviors affecting their daily functioning.
