Therapy style
I have been a practicing therapist for the past 12 years in many different backgrounds, from community mental health, to emergency care, and telehealth. I have extensive experience working with clients of all ages and demographics and believe that the therapy relationship is integral in the progress we will make together. I like to make sure I really get to know and understand a client's needs, situation and experiences, so that we can find the best possible strategies and approaches for feeling better. I will not only offer support and validation, but also individualized and realistic tools that you can apply to your everyday life. Generally I offer an eclectic approach tailored for you, utilizing person centered therapy, mindfulness and DBT skills.
