Therapy style
First of all, I recognize that reaching out for help can be challenging for some and I applaud and appreciate people who can reach out for help when they need it. I think everyone is on some sort of wellness journey and I feel honored to be a part of that with my clients.
Although I am trained in many treatment approaches, I recognize that not all treatment approaches work for all people. So I talk with clients to learn about their strengths and challenges and help them to create strategies that best meet their individual strengths, challenges and desires for their lives. My emphasis is promoting wellness to the whole person noting that any positive change radiates to all facets of life.
