Therapy style
I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, feeling grateful for being part of so many journeys and helping find happiness, peace, and clear paths.
I have experience providing therapy for those going through depression, anxiety, life transitions, adjustments, stress, burnout, anger, family and/work related conflict, among other difficulties. I also provide therapy for those who simply just want to process daily life difficulties.
I have worked with a variety of different populations, children, teens, adults, service members, veterans. My passion is providing individual sessions that are targeted to help you achieve your treatment goals. I am client centered, I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I like to see myself as coach just helping and guiding you to get where you want to be.
My sessions are very casual and relaxed. I work with different evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused, mindfulness, and in our sessions, I implement different interventions targeting your treatment goals and objectives.
