I build a trusting alliance with my clients, which is the foundation from which we begin to peel the layers and delve into their concerns. I help my clients confront and change the patterns that create and perpetuate their distress and unease -- including but not limited to building self-esteem and self worth. My clients leave therapy not only having the skills and tools to better manage their emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships but walk away with a deep sense of worthiness, self-compassion, and self-confidence. As a certified transformational life and health coach, I empower my clients to create the healthiest version of themselves (mind+body+spirit) in alignment with their truth, values, and desires. As a therapist, I believe it is important to show up authentically as a positive role model who embodies self-care, self-compassion, and healthy boundaries.
