I help my clients confront and change the patterns that create and perpetuate their distress and unease -- including but not limited to building self-esteem and self worth. I am a strengths-based therapist whose style is non-judgmental, engaging, and interactive. I build a trusting alliance with my clients, which is the foundation from which we begin to peel the layers and delve into their concerns.
My clients leave therapy not only having the skills and tools to better manage their emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships but walk away with a deep sense of worthiness, self-compassion, and self-confidence.
As a certified transformational life and health coach, I empower my clients to create the healthiest version of themselves (mind+body+spirit) in alignment with their truth, values, and desires.
