I am a first-generation American who is passionate about supporting others to find the healing they deserve. I believe in the power of healing through self-discovery, understanding past experiences, and addressing trauma to empower individuals to thrive.
Taking the time to process emotions and heal from past traumas can be challenging. Therapy provides a safe and confidential space to explore and understand one's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with the willingness to be vulnerable. My work is individualized and centered on the client for growth, healing, and liberation.

Becoming a therapist was a deeply personal and meaningful decision for me. It stems from a genuine passion for helping others navigate the complexities of life and overcome challenges. I found myself naturally drawn to listening and supporting friends and family during difficult times. Witnessing the transformative power of empathy and understanding sparked my interest in pursuing a career where I could make a positive impact on people's lives.
My interests outside of work are dancing, photography, working on craft projects, and finding second-hand/vintage items to decorate my home.
One thing I do daily to support my mental and emotional well-being is listening to music. I listen to music when I'm cooking, catching up on work, cleaning, working on projects, and pretty much any time I can I play music
I recharge by spending time with those I love, taking myself out on solo-dates, and traveling.
