I work with individuals seeking support in working through challenges and stressors impacting their everyday lives. Many individuals struggle with problems in relationships, work-related conflicts, or simply put, that feeling that something "just isn't right." My goal is to help you gain awareness and explore difficult thoughts, feelings, and past experiences which prevent you from being comfortable with yourself, and improve your relationships with others. My counseling approach is client-centered and strengths-based, potentially integrating solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches.

I entered into this profession because I wanted to help others. From an early age, I knew I was a good listener and being a therapist is what I wanted to do.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, cooking, and learning about different cuisines, making pottery, yoga, and reading.
Each day I take some time to mindfully to connect with nature in some way. It could be sitting outside, going for a walk, tending to my garden, or simply taking time to look out the window and notice nature from a distance (especially in the rain!).
Animals have always been an important part of my world. Both cats and dogs have been a big part of my family. They help ensure there is never a dull moment!
