My Therapy Style
I work with people of all ages to help them discover and become their best selves. I specialize in working with people dealing with anxiety, depression, family, health, school, and work issues. I have experience in working with clients struggling with addiction and in recovery. I will collaborate with you to understand and find effective ways to cope with the life challenges that all of us have. I strive to see the strengths and inner potential that I believe all of my clients have. I look forward to meeting with you to begin this journey!

I've always been a good listener and I enjoy helping people.
What are your interests outside of work?
Spending time with my family, my faith, reading about current events, music, watching, and following sports.

Spending time with my wife and family!
