I have over thirty years of experience in the social work and mental health profession, I am trained to treat adults with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders with a focus on helping clients in recovery. We will begin with where the client is, developing initial goals and provide an integrated approach to psychotherapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness, emotional and self-regulation skills. I also provide coaching and support for enhanced executive functioning and coping skills and problem-solving strategies to overcome problems and barriers to living a more balanced, satisfying and productive life.

They are performing arts, Latin jazz, painting, and photography. I also enjoy reading autobiographies and historical novels.

Non-profit hospitals and federally funded community action agencies, both take care of low-income and working-poor communities and take pride in doing so.
I take frequent vacations and visit with family!
