I pursued a career in mental health to support individuals grappling with disorders beyond their control. My aim was to be a voice for those in the community who are unable to speak up for themselves. My profound interest lies in understanding human behavior, which I believe intertwines with every facet of existence.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking nutritious meals in the kitchen, and cherishing moments with my family.

Typically, I don't revisit books, but I've made an exception for To Kill a Mockingbird because it's been quite a while since I last read it. I want to refresh my memory before seeing the play adaptation.

The Florida Mental Health Counselors Association (FMHCA) holds a special place in my heart as my preferred organization. Its significance stems from the active involvement of my professors and mentors, who have been integral members. Through their engagement, FMHCA has provided me with a robust foundation and invaluable professional support within the mental health field. Additionally, I appreciate FMHCA's advocacy for Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), a cause that resonates deeply with me.
