Get to Know Me

What are your interests outside of work?

I have a passion for outdoor activities and physical exercise. Kayaking, hiking, and cycling are among my favorite pursuits. On rainy days, you'll find me engrossed in a book or engaged in a wood-burning project. Additionally, I'm teaching myself to play the piano.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Every day, I engage in two practices to enhance my well-being. Firstly, I dedicate at least 10 minutes each morning to meditation, which clarifies my thoughts and sharpens my focus for the day ahead. Secondly, I list two or three goals I aim to achieve, providing a framework for my day and ensuring I address any pending tasks or responsibilities.

How do you recharge?

I have various methods of recharging, which vary according to the source of stress. Sometimes, I find solace in spending time with my family and pets; at other times, a walk or hike is rejuvenating, and occasionally, a nap is best
