Welcome, I am so glad you are here! My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive environment that fosters self-insight and personal growth. My studies in psychology and general love and passion for the therapeutic process began over 20 years ago in my native country of Australia. I believe you, the client, have everything you need within you to grow and work through life's challenges. You are the expert in your own life. It is my pleasure to be able to collaborate with you using a myriad of evidence-based treatment modalities that will be tailored to your uniqueness as an individual and your therapeutic goals.

What are your interests outside of work?
Family, friends, working out, and staying mindful.
Favorite organization/non-profit?
Any organization that supports children and their well being. Children don't always have a voice or the ability to change their situation so they are a population that need extra support.
How do you recharge?
Connecting with my people.
Do you have any pets?
I have a beautiful little Schnauzer, Poodle, Maltese etc. rescue mix. He is the center of our family and extended family. He loves to go for rides in the car and out on the boat.
