Over the years, my therapeutic style and experience have evolved. I discovered that having flowing conversations that invite exploration, processing, understanding, and growth has been impactful. Providing a safe and trusting space to be our authentic self, is an important part of the therapeutic environment and alliance. My goal is to provide effective and evidence-based practice to support clients in their mental and emotional health, and to support them in their journey of becoming better versions of themselves.

I have a black and white cat, named Skittles. She's an amazing cat. I rescued her before COVID and she's been my little support animal ever since.
