In my practice I lean on the tenets of trauma-informed practices, the neuroscience of connection, and attachment research. Together we can unearth the keys to having more ease in your day-to-day and shift away from unhelpful patterns of thoughts and actions. My approach is grounded in anti-oppressive trauma-informed strengths-based therapy that holds the intersectionality of clients' identities and addresses various forms of oppression that impact mental health and well-being. I will provide comprehensive and personalized treatment experiences that address the complex interplay of past experiences and psychological functioning.

I am a person who loves people, through our struggles and triumphs, and I thrive when in connection with others. Coming into this profession was a natural progression that aligns with my values and beliefs that we grow through our relationships. I feel so humbled and honored to meet people on their journey and share a space to be curious and intentional.
I am a parent, partner, mammal lover, and budding gardener. I am happiest digging in the dirt and finding playfulness in the day-to-day.
Get outside and move! I have learned over time that I crave fresh air and movement and try to give that myself as often as possible.
I love my dear pup so much. She came into our life after a rough start (like so many of us) and for the first years of her time in our home she managed to chew through a camera, a remote control, two belts, every corner of a mattress, and an ottoman. Twelve years later she is a calm and trustworthy dog and a testimony to the power of love and patience!
