I enjoy working with those struggling with women's issues, anxiety, parenting skills, and managing finances healthily. I love working with moms who are struggling to balance their relationships with spouses, children, work, and everyone else. I am also trained in helping individuals reach their financial goals by understanding how their spending intersects with their mental health. I believe in making therapy something you look forward to rather than something you dread. I provide support and encouragement every step of the way.

I am a therapist because I love helping people become the best version of themselves! I grew up in the Appalachian region and it gives me a lot of perspective for helping people be resilient in their lives. I love working with moms who are struggling to balance their relationships with spouses, children, work, and everyone else.
I enjoy gardening, reading, painting rocks, hiking, and cooking.
I take time to stretch, reflect on the day, breathe, and just be. I believe that being alone with our thoughts can be a good thing. Taking time to check in and self reflect on how we are feeling is important.
I have three dogs, a cat, 4 fish, a gerbil, and a bearded dragon. Pets give us something to care for and a purpose. I probably should be a zookeeper in my next life.
