I specialize in working with millennial women struggling with anxiety, OCD, and grief.

My Therapy Style

My goal is to always hold a warm and comfortable space, free of judgment, for you to release the thoughts and emotions you have been avoiding and holding inside. I specialize in working with millennial women struggling with anxiety, OCD, and grief. Most of my clients are experiencing people-pleasing tendencies, obsessive thinking, self-doubt, and intrusive thoughts that can feel distressing and shameful. I will help you understand how your past experiences have shaped you into the person you are, exploring different perspectives, challenging negative beliefs you have about yourself, and offering support to accept and love yourself.

Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I have always been a true empath — experiencing so many feelings and viewing my sensitivity as a weakness. I gravitated towards helping others who were struggling and finding so much value in giving to others in small ways. I found myself through my journey in therapy and learned how sensitivity, empathy, and being the strong silent type are assets and strengths. Individuals who label themselves as sensitive and emotional are some of my favorite people to work with in therapy!

How do you recharge?

As an introvert at heart, recharging and developing a routine is so important to me to feel energized and organized! I love spending time alone and with my family and friends, reading, exercising, listening to music, and cooking.

Do you have any pets?

I have a four-year-old Pomeranian and Husky mix named Wallace. He embodies the concept of unconditional love and I love cuddling up with him on the weekends!
