I enjoy reading, baking, and being a sports mom!

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Different types of meditation and physical movement.

What book have you read more than once?

The Four Agreements. This book is a great, quick read that I believe helps with breaking free from limiting beliefs and negative habits.

How do you recharge?

I recharge by taking time to myself whether that be take a walk, long shower, meditate, or watch a good movie. Making time to draw your energy back is vital.
