I love dance and theater -- losing myself in African, Afro-Latin grooves, dancehall, hip-hop, just about anything one can do in community! I sing in a choir, The Angel City Chorale. I feel aligned and grounded after I practice yoga. I love birding with my camera, dabbling in artwork, jigsaw (when my kitties let me!), reading, watching mysteries, comedy and dramedy on tele and try to maintain an indoor and balcony garden. I prioritize spending time with my soulmates (no matter where in the world they may be) to keep feeding my soul.
