Therapy style
I have extensive experience in treating patients with anxiety, depression, stress, work-related stress, life transitions, caregiver stress, and relationship issues. I have years of experience in the area of grief and loss as well as with people who have chronic illnesses. My style is meeting you, the client, where you are, and gently helping you achieve your goals. Having grown up both in the Middle East and India, I am skilled at helping clients who struggle with assimilation and other cultural issues. I also believe in a client-centered approach with a focus on building a trusting relationship. I have had much success in helping people who want to lose weight and improve their overall well-being. I focus on helping clients develop habits in the form of micro steps.
