Therapy style
For the past 10 years, I have helped with individuals with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive behaviors, life stress, and life transitions.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to therapy. I believe change comes from gaining insight into your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. When it comes to therapy, I believe the relationship between the therapist and the client is crucial. I strive at creating a safe and open environment for you to express your thoughts and feelings.
My goal for therapy is to assist you with solving any problems or issues you may be experiencing and help to give you the tools, knowledge, and insight to make changes.
I believe that everyone has a story to be told and that there is no greater suffering than an untold story inside of you. I believe that emotions are healed when they are heard and validated and that is my goal in therapy. “Stop being afraid of what could go wrong, and start being excited about what could go right."
