Therapy style
I am deeply passionate about women’s mental health. I have been practicing in the mental health field since 2014. I currently provide individual therapy to support the treatment of women's issues, relational issues, stage of life changes, anxiety, depression, and stress management. I focus on utilizing a Client-Centered, Internal Family System and Somatic informed therapeutic approach to support individuals to discover their strengths, instill hope, and offer empathy to help them find connection and inspire change. I have a special interest in working with other therapists and single mothers navigating a high-conflict co-parenting relationship.
I believe that the client-therapist relationship is the most important part of therapy. Yes, I have the clinical skills, knowledge, and experience to provide treatment but that is only a portion of what successful therapy looks like. I am here to embrace and hold space for your story in the room while we work together to achieve your goals. Treatment should be catered uniquely to each client and the experiences they hold.

Interests
Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my family and our 7-month-old St. Bernard puppy, Harry. I enjoy exploring local coffee shops and bookstores in my free time.
