Therapy style
Feeling burnt out, or emotionally drained in your life or your work? Whether you're a behavioral health therapist, a healthcare professional, or simply someone struggling with these emotions, I want you to know that there is help available. As someone who has been through the healing process myself, I know how transformative and life-changing therapy can be. That's why I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their challenges and find the solutions they need.
In our work together I can help you overcome your current challenges. I have several years of experience working with individuals in inpatient, outpatient, and most recently a university setting. I have developed several specialties but not limited to working with women’s issues such as postpartum, experiencing betrayal, and infidelity, individuals struggling with trauma or life transitions, burnout, compassion fatigue, and working with therapists and healthcare providers for their own mental wellness.
My approach is person-centered. I will customize therapeutic techniques that best fit your overall needs and goals. With my expert guidance and practical tools, I will guide you on your journey.
