Therapy style
I’ve worked in a myriad of settings, ranging from satellite clinics based on early educational settings to social adult daycares (and everything else in between, including hospitals and intensive day treatment). I believe that starting from the client's needs is the key to successful treatment. In order to explore the possible foundation of the problem, I like to get a general overview of the concerns and the person's current living environment, support system, background, and upbringing. Homework is assigned only if warranted; depending on the mode of treatment utilized and individual preferences, it may or may not be necessary. I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to see a change in their life.
