Therapy style
At times one can feel weighed down by either their past or current situation. I love seeing others overcome life’s challenges to live a full life. I meet clients where they are, listen to understand what brought them to me, and then work with them on a plan to get them where they want to be.
I've worked with a wide range of clients and concerns, including anxiety, bipolar, depression, grief, substance abuse, mood disorders, co-occurring, and trauma. I also offer a Christian-based perspective when requested.
